• Board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC)

• Post-Doctoral Study at California Institute of Integral studies in the Certificate of Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy & Research Program, is now an instructor there

• MAPS, White Bird, Rock Med, and Subtle Winds – Training in harm reduction and psychedelic-assisted therapies

• Since 2012, RN in pediatrics, inpatient medical & psych units, hospice & rehab.

• She is a trained pianist & vocalist (University of Oregon).

In addition to offering & training others in ketamine-assisted therapy, Melanie is a legally licensed psilocybin facilitator since 2023 in Oregon (License # FL-bc91423f).
