Ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP) is not typically covered by insurance. To begin KAP services with Melanie, potential clients book a paid consultation with Melanie ($125 for ~50 minutes) to get screened and have your questions answered.

Clients may request a "superbill" listing all services and payments made. Clients are responsible for submitting superbills to insurance to request possible reimbursements from their health insurers.
